AI workflow for creating social content

The biggest time sink in social media is starting fresh every week. This workflow turns one good idea into a week of posts in under an hour.

Step 1: Pick the core idea

Choose one topic you can speak to with confidence. A customer story, a lesson learned, a recent change in your industry. One topic is enough.

Step 2: Brainstorm angles

Ask an assistant for ten different angles on that one topic. Pick the four or five that feel honest and useful.

Step 3: Draft per platform

Give the assistant the angle, the platform, your tone and a recent post you liked. Ask for two or three options for each. Pick the best.

Step 4: Visuals

Use Canva or your usual tool to add a simple visual. Keep it consistent with previous posts so your feed feels intentional.

Step 5: Schedule

Drop the posts into your scheduler and space them out over the week. Leave room for one reactive post in case something topical comes up.
